By purchasing, starting a free trial, or using any subscription-based feature in the App, you agree to these Subscription Terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
**AntiqWise: Antique Identifier** may offer subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
Premium features may include, but are not limited to:
- Unlimited or increased AI antique identifications.
- Full antique identification reports.
- Detailed historical information.
- Estimated reference price ranges.
- Enhanced visual match or image search features, where available.
- Saved scan history or collection features, where available.
- Other premium tools or features displayed in the App before purchase.
The specific features included in each subscription plan will be displayed in the App before purchase.
Some features, content, or subscription options may vary by country, region, device, app version, or availability.
Subscriptions offered through the Apple App Store are auto-renewable unless canceled by you.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period, in accordance with Apple’s App Store payment rules.
Subscription duration, price, renewal period, and included benefits will be shown on the purchase screen before you confirm payment.
By confirming your purchase, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple Account for the selected subscription plan.
The App may offer free trials, introductory offers, discounted subscriptions, or other promotional access to premium features.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available:
- The duration, price, and terms of the offer will be shown before you confirm the subscription.
- You may be required to confirm the subscription through your Apple Account.
- Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or promotional period, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- Your Apple Account will be charged according to the subscription plan shown at the time of confirmation.
- Any unused portion of a free trial or promotional period may be forfeited when you purchase or switch to another subscription plan, where applicable.
Free trials and promotional offers may be limited to eligible users and may not be available in all regions.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple through the Apple App Store.
We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Subscription fees are charged to the payment method associated with your Apple Account.
The price displayed in the App or App Store purchase confirmation screen is the final price you should review before confirming payment. Prices may vary by country or region due to currency, taxes, App Store pricing tiers, exchange rates, or local regulations.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, charges, or fees associated with your subscription, as determined by Apple or applicable laws.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.
To manage or cancel your subscription on iOS:
1. Open the **Settings** app on your device.
2. Tap your **Apple Account / Apple ID**.
3. Tap **Subscriptions**.
4. Select **AntiqWise: Antique Identifier**.
5. Choose **Cancel Subscription** or manage your subscription options.
You may also manage subscriptions through the App Store, depending on your device and Apple account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you may continue to access premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless otherwise determined by Apple’s policies.
Uninstalling or deleting the App does **not** cancel your subscription.
To avoid renewal, you should cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
All purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds for subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple.
We do not directly process refunds and cannot guarantee refund approval.
If you wish to request a refund, you must follow Apple’s refund request process. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable laws or platform policies.
If Apple issues a refund, your access to premium features may be canceled, limited, or adjusted accordingly.
We may update, modify, add, or remove subscription plans, prices, benefits, or premium features from time to time.
If a subscription price changes, Apple may notify you and handle any required consent or renewal process according to App Store policies and applicable laws.
If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
We may also change, suspend, or discontinue certain premium features where necessary for product, technical, legal, or business reasons.
Any changes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and Apple App Store policies.
Subscription access is generally linked to the Apple Account used to purchase the subscription.
You are responsible for using the correct Apple Account when purchasing or restoring subscriptions.
If the App supports subscription restoration, you may use the restore purchase function to restore active subscriptions associated with your Apple Account.
Subscription access may be unavailable or interrupted due to:
- App Store billing issues.
- Payment failure.
- Subscription expiration or cancellation.
- Device or account changes.
- Network or server errors.
- App updates or compatibility issues.
- Apple App Store service interruptions.
- Misuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for payment processing issues, billing failures, or account restrictions controlled by Apple.
Subscriptions provide access to premium App features, but they do not change the informational nature of the App.
All antique identification results, historical descriptions, visual matches, image search results, and estimated reference price ranges are provided **for informational and entertainment purposes only**.
A subscription does not provide:
- Certified antique appraisal services.
- Authentication certificates.
- Financial advice.
- Investment recommendations.
- Insurance valuations.
- Legal advice.
- Tax advice.
- Professional resale or auction guidance.
You should consult a qualified professional appraiser, antique expert, auction house, insurer, legal advisor, or other appropriate professional before making important decisions based on antique identification or value information.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling it through your Apple Account settings.
Your premium access will generally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
We may suspend or limit access to premium features if:
- Required by law, regulation, platform policy, or security considerations.
- The App or subscription product is discontinued.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is detected.
- You violate our Terms of Service or misuse the App.
If a subscription product is discontinued, existing subscribers will be handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies and applicable laws.
Subscription purchases made through the Apple App Store are between you and Apple, using the payment method associated with your Apple Account.
Apple is responsible for billing, payment processing, renewal management, cancellation tools, and refund handling for App Store subscriptions.
Your use of Apple payment services is subject to Apple’s applicable terms, conditions, and policies.
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our App, subscription services, platform requirements, legal requirements, or business practices.
When we update these Subscription Terms, we may revise the “Last Updated” date if displayed in the App or related pages.
Your continued use of subscription services after any changes means you accept the updated Subscription Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Subscription Terms, you should cancel your subscription and stop using premium features.
