10. Termination Clause

11. Application of Law&Dispute Resolution
-This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
-Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; If the negotiation fails, it can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the New York state court.
