2. Upon successful subscription, the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.

3. No separate renewal reminders will be sent. To stop auto-renewal, please manually cancel your subscription (see "Cancellation Methods" below).

How to Cancel Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, premium benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further auto-renewals will occur. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. Specific steps:

1. For iOS Users (App Store)

  Open "Settings" on your device → Tap your name at the top → Select "Subscriptions" → Find "PandaCal" → Tap "Cancel Subscription" → Confirm cancellation.

2. For Android Users (Google Play)

  Open the Google Play Store → Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner → Select "Payments & Subscriptions" → Tap "Subscriptions" → Find "PandaCal" → Tap "Cancel Subscription" → Follow the prompts to confirm.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to "accidental subscription," "no longer in use," or "dissatisfaction with services."

If refunds are required due to app store policies or legal mandates, they will be processed in accordance with relevant platform rules or legal provisions.

Subscriptions are for personal use only. Sharing accounts or commercial use is prohibited, and we reserve the right to terminate services for violations.
