1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are provided by our team of developers to govern the conduct and rights and obligations of Users when using the AI Generated Music App (“App”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

4.1 Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, rules and regulations, as well as public moral standards of society when using the App.

4.2 Users are prohibited from utilizing the App to engage in the following activities：

-Publishing or disseminating any illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, violent or other undesirable information;

-Infringing the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others;

-Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the App;

-Obtaining or attempting to obtain other users' account information without their permission;

-Carrying out any form of network attack or spreading malware.

V. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All intellectual property rights of the App and the Services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software code, etc., are owned by the Company.

5.2 The intellectual property rights of the content published by the User in the App shall belong to the User, but the User grants the Company a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right to use the App for the purpose of displaying, promoting and improving the App.

6.1 The Company respects and protects the privacy of all Users, please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.

6.2 The Company may collect Users' personal information to provide the Services and improve the User experience, but will not disclose Users' personal information to third parties without Users' consent.

VII. Disclaimer

7.1 The App and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and there is no guarantee that the Services will be continuous, secure or error-free.

7.2 The Company shall not be responsible for any interruption of service or loss of data due to force majeure or third party causes.

7.3 The user understands and agrees that any information downloaded or obtained through the App depends on the user's own judgment and handling of risk, and the Company is not responsible for any damage to the computer system or loss of data resulting from the use of the App.

VIII. Breach of Contract and Handling

8.1 If the User violates these Terms, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the User's account and usage rights without notice to the User.
